Грузия. День 3. Сегодня мы опять ходили в Дом юстиции. Оказывается, здесь не только налоговая, но и мфц, загс, нотариус, мвд и много чего еще. Мы встретили несколько свадебных платьев. Пожениться можно за один день - утром подаешь заявление, вечером расписываешься. Удобно, не успеешь передумать.

Минут через 40 первой включилась вышка, за ней постепенно подтянулись все районы Тбилиси. Было ощущение будто город стоял на паузе и люди вместе с ним, а теперь он проснулся и стал еще живее. Люди спешили насладиться всем тем, что так резко пропало и вернулось, они спешили жить. Мы тут же побежали кататься на всех аттракционах, есть мороженное и пить кофе. Потом нашли фуникулер и проехали таки на нем, но уже вниз. …

Так как без электричества из аттракционов остался работать только канатный парк, доЧ отправилась на него. Вот так без цивилизации сразу стали ценны деревянные дощечки и каска.

Наевшись глазами панораму мы отправились попить кофе. Пока я выбирала напиток, свет в кафе отключился. Оказалось, в соседнем кафе тоже нет электричества. И в парке, и в Тбилиси и вообще во всей Грузии. Блэкаут. Хорошо, что мы успели доехать на трамвайчике и не успели сесть на чертово колесо. Странное это было состояние: люди начали разговаривать друг с другом, как-то объединяться… и ждать. Наступила необычная тишин…

Если вам доведется прокатиться на этом трамвайчике садитесь на самые нижние места. С них открывается шикарный вид. Я чувствовала себя огромной птицей, которая возвращается в свое гнездо на горе.

Так как полдня у нас были взрослые, то вторые полдня надо было сделать детскими для равновесия. Ну и чтобы доЧ не ныла. Поэтому мы отправились в парк аттракционов. Называется он Мтацминда и находится на одноименной горе. Подниматься можно двумя способами: на трамвае или на фуникулере. Мы пришли к фуникулеру, встали в очередь к фуникулеру, купили билеты на фуникулер. Сзади нас стояла стайка девушек, тоже жаждавших фу…

На входе в Доме юстиции стоят серьезные кабинки, чтобы делать фотографии для документов. Мы не смогли пройти мимо, набились туда втроем и сделали селфи. Девушка, работающая в этом отделе, была мягко говоря в шоке. Думаю, она порадовалась, что мы и ее с собой не затащили.

Процедура следующая: сопровождающий (в моем случае женщина в желтом) дает свой юридический адрес (ее услуги стоят 200 лари - это 6187 рублей). Я пишу заявление на открытие (из документов нужен только Загран паспорт, наличие грузинского номера телефона и почта gmail), оплачиваю госпошлину (60 лари - 1856 руб) и вуаля. Завтра мне надо будет прийти за официальной бумагой и с ней уже идти в банк открывать расчетный счет.…

Во-вторых, я открыла себе ИП. Это оказалось подозрительно легко. Надо найти Дом Юстиции - выглядит он невероятно красиво: крыша будто из лепестков, а стены из стекла (символ прозрачности происходящего внутри здания). Так вот, возле входа стоят специальные люди, предлагающие разные услуги. Мы подошли к женщине в желтом и сказали, что хотим открыть ИП. Она повела нас внутрь, взяла талон, посадила к девушке-регистрато…
