Я уже раньше пыталась заниматься дома с О. сама, но мне не хватило системы и регулярности. Сейчас понимаю, что упражнения хорошие, но кроме одного момента! У нас кое-что происходит. Я оплатила курс на несколько месяцев занятий онлайн с реабилитологом. Каждый день занимаемся и исправляем вальгусную установку. Честно скажу, это вроде бы быстро (10-15 минут в день), но так леееееень. Если бы кое-кто не сопротивлялся, дело бы шло быстрее и приятнее 🙂
