Доброе утро! Домашнее заданее, выполнять каждый день: дыхание: 2 минуты лежа животом, 3 минуты сидя. Если сидя живот не дышит - выполняем лежа и потом пробуем сидя. Когда дышать животом станет легко в положении сидя- добавляем грудь: сначала надувается живот, потом расширяется грудь на вдохе и сдуваются на выдохе.
