سلام بروبچ آخر فروردین هستیم ، سبک های زندگی برگشته به همان روال سابق که بود ، شما تو فروردین چه تغییری کردین ... بد نیست وقت بزاریم و فروردین رو بررسی کنیم ها .. مثلا خودم یکی از تارگت های سال جدیدم رسوندن استفاده از اینستا به زیر ۵ ساعت در هفته بود 👏👏... توجیه همین مقدارم شغلمه ‼️ که در ماه آینده به حساب اون هم میرسم 💪🏾 😂
