1/ This week, I met with several members of Congress from both parties. In my meeting with Senator @PattyMurray, I thanked her for the leading role she had in passing the supplemental funding package for Israel following the October 7th attacks. We had an open and honest conversation, and I am grateful for Sen. Murray’s willingness to work on strengthening the bipartisan support for Israel.

Thank you, @POTUS, for your swift and unequivocal action to combat antisemitism. By reaffirming EO 13899, which introduced the IHRA’s working definition of antisemitism, you are protecting Jewish and Israeli students from harassment and abuse while ensuring that support for Hamas’ October 7th atrocities is no longer tolerated. No more double standard on Israel, no more obfuscation: anti-Israel = antisemitism.
