Сегодня проводили морское испытание моей установки/замены подов Mercury Zeus 3000 на двухмоторной круизной яхте. Поды - это такие "сейлдрайвы", но поворачивающиеся, с управлением от джойстика, функцией dock assist, и прочими наворотами. Всё прошло успешно и погода тоже стояла чудесная.

Делюсь лайфхаком как вытащить из под двигателя ржавую опору с прикипевшими нижними гайками в дальнем, наименее доступном углу, куда не получалось забраться ни лебедкой, ни домкратом, ни гидравлическими челюстями. Благодаря этому не пришлось разбирать половину кокпита. Важным условием успеха стало то, что удалось открутить верхнюю гайку с опоры. Там тоже была хитрость. Но это отдельная история.

История одной течи. После установки двигателя в лодку с алюминиевым корпусом я обнаружил довольно активную течь на морском испытании. Сразу же возникло подозрение, что течёт система забортной воды для охлаждения двигателя. Было чёткое ощущение, что вода во время работы движка активно прибывает (два первых фото сделаны в машинном отделении разрывом в 20 минут). Однако, облазив и осмотрев двигатель со всех сторон …

Разбираем намертво закисшее резьбовое соединение на металлическом фитинге перманентно обжатом на резиновом шланге. Основная проблема - сохранить в процессе разборки обжимное соединение фитинга и шланга, а также не повредить сам шланг

Небольшой видеоматериал о проделанной работе и завершении интересного подряда по капремонту быстроходного алюминиевого двухмоторного катера. Я в проекте играл одну из важнейших ролей - отвечал за ремонт и сборку воедино пропульсивной системы - двигателей, водометов и управления.

Долго искал почему не открываются электроклапана топливной системы движков на лодке у костгардов, которую мы полностью перебрали за эти два месяца. Всё признаки указывали на то, что на соленоиды клапанов должна давать питание система пожаротушения машинного отделения. Фотографии с сюрвеев. Рубрика "Нарочно не придумаешь". Впрочем, бывалый яхтовладелец глядя на это фото пожмет плечами со словами "а что такого?" Согласны? (если кто не понял, прочитайте что написано на крышке) А ведь из таких мелочей и отношения к лодке постепенно складываются проблемы посерьезнее. Кстати, стандарты в этом отношении довольно строги, и там такие "незначительные" мелочи прописаны.
