Половина второго ночи, как всегда в heatwave, когда и ночью температура не опускается ниже 26 градусов, мой организм отказывается спать. Как вы спасаетесь в такую жару, если вы тоже в Англии? Завтра опять адок, 32 градуса днем. Срочно планирую, куда прятаться, и так, чтобы ехать не слишком долго с малышкой одной (поэтому море, видимо, нет).

Туда ехали через Солсбери и Darts Farm: 1ч40мин ехали - 2 часа гуляли по Солсбери - ещё 2 часа ехали и 2 часа были на ферме - и последний перегон 2 часа и вот мы на месте. То есть всего 5,5 часов езды. Обратно ехали немного дольше - первый перегон был 3 часа, с пробками (я офигела) до donkey sanctuary, где живут спасенные с ферм ослики. Там было прекрасно, отличное место! Провели там гораздо больше, чем рассчитывали…

Мы съездили в Корнуэлл и вернулись обратно. Отпуск - неделя чистого кайфа, я не ожидала, что мне когда-нибудь понравится купаться в английском море, а мне понравилось! 16 и 15 градусов были не очень купабельными, но вот 17 уже… 🤣 может на контрасте, но прям тепло! И какая вода 😍 С волнами ошиблась - хотела выбрать место, где волн будет минимум, но в итоге мы были в Carbis Bay и там было прям волнительно, как говор…

Огромный плюс Лондона - море в полутора-двух часах езды на машине или поезде. Да, обычно прохладное, но в целом, если адаптироваться, можно и окунуться (дети и муж плавают почти при любой температуре воды, хах). Но сегодня в Борнмуте просто невероятный кайф, он ТЁПЛОЕ, можно прям плавать) вода 20 градусов.
