I LOVE VINO, Совиньон блан, Чили. Всем понятно — серьезного и дорогого вина сейчас совсем не хочется, лето же. Мозг пробует разгрузиться и все простое-базовое подходит получше изысков. Хорошо бы на неделю залечь в гамак с вином и дынькой. Незамысловатые вина для середины недели. Из "Мегамарта". Красное - Карменер/Каберне, Чили, естественно. Довольно плоское, лёгкое и слаботельное, но приятное. Как раз для жаркого вечера. Белое - обычный Пино Гриджио из Сицилии. Норм. Плохих вин из этого сорта пока не встречал. Цена: 330 р./270 р. Всего то.

Сергей рассказал про молдавское красное, я расскажу про белое. Мой любимый Совиньон, выращенный в южных регионах Молдовы - Траяновы валы (вдруг для кого-то это важно), вино выдержано в дубовых бочках недолго, всего 3-6 месяцев, что очень хорошо, терпкости нет, а тона смородинового листа и сверхдушевного крыжовника прекрасно сохранились, в аннотации пишут про нотки крапивы и паприки.... не почувствовали, но не расстр…

Залог успеха в любом деле — грамотный старт, вино это правило только подтверждает. Если в самом начале хлебнуть какого-нибудь старинного бордо в надежде на роскошь, а вместо этого получить порцию тоски и праха, полюбить вино будет уже непросто. Потому что любовь к сложному и странному лучше взращивать в себе постепенно, а начинать с бутылок понятных, ярких и просто вкусных. И что будем пить?

Вполне аутентичное венгерское вино из КиБ. "Эгерская бычья кровь". Пять сортов винограда, основной - автохтонный Кекфранкош. Не бойтесь ни страны происхождения (кто не был в Венгрии), ни цены (270 рублей, если со скидкой). Можно смело брать!
