В конце моих занятий есть лёгкая растяжка Во-первых, так я даю возможность себе и ребятам почувствовать себя лучше. Особенно тем, кто мало двигается. Во-вторых, я показываю, что растяжка — это не страшно Мне раньше было больно и неприятно, поэтому страшно. Сейчас я думаю, что растяжка похожа на самомассаж

Я не люблю насилие над собой Ничего не должно болеть, нигде не должно быть превозмогания При этом я считаю, что важно пробовать новое. Это полезно для мозга и тела То есть, выход из зоны комфорта должен быть, но не в духе бросания в воду, чтобы научиться плавать. Для этого можно поискать другие занятия :)

Я люблю музыку. Для меня танец — один из способов с ней объединиться, обыграть её, слушать, стать её частью, говорить с ней

Тело обучаемо Если много раз повторять одно и то же, то вы это освоите. 100%. Поначалу новые движения кажутся «не твоими», поэтому их и осваивать как будто не нужно. Это же не про тебя, ты не такой. В этом случае можно освоить новое по приколу, чтобы поразминать мозг. А ещё примерить движение и почувствовать, что оно стало твоим. Или решить, что вам оно не нужно и быстро забыть, это тоже ок :)

Сделать странно — можно. Лечь на пол — можно. Двигать одной кистью — можно. Танцевать очень медленно — можно. Обыграть звук каким-то дурацким движением — тоже можно. Это красиво, если тебе это нравится Тут оговорюсь, что поначалу тебе это может не нравиться, потому что неуверенность мешает получать удовольствие. Но со временем неуверенность сменяется любопытством

Я задержала пост с рассказом о курсе, извините :) Сейчас села поговорить на эту тему с чатом ГПТ, он мне позадавал вопросы, вытащил из моих ответов то, что ему кажется классным, мне это тоже показалось классным, поэтому сегодня и завтра будет серия коротких постов о том, что для меня важно в занятиях танцами

Как же сложно найти хороший танцевальный зал Ещё в марте я была в классном зале на Электрозаводской. Там можно было платить по факту в день занятия, он был большой, красивый, с раздевалками, с окнами во всю стену, с двумя не очень мощными, но всё-таки кондеями. И зеркалами, конечно. Сегодня вместо того, чтобы писать курсовую по маркетингу обновлять расписание на сайте я занималась тем, что обновляла внешний вид блока с курсами Удивительно, насколько бесконечный процесс сайтостроения.
