15 минут. Столько Госдума потратила на обсуждение 300-страничного закона о цифровых активах Секунда на страницу. Вдумчивое чтение, ничего не скажешь. Американцы вон третий год возятся. Слушания, комиссии, война с SEC, анализ кастодиальных решений. А наши приняли под закрытие сессии между делом и отправили курьером в Совфед. Благо идти недалеко - 15 минут пешком, 7 на самокате. Дольше несли, чем обсуждали.

Госдума РФ во втором и третьем чтениях приняла законопроект о регулировании крипторынка. Неквалифицированные инвесторы смогут приобретать наиболее ликвидные криптовалюты на сумму до 300 тыс. рублей в год через одного посредника. Квалифицированным инвесторам разрешается покупать любые криптовалюты без ограничений. До 1 июля 2027 года криптообменникам разрешено работать без включения в реестр ЦБ РФ.
