لا تدع أي شيء يفقدك حلاوة روحك ونقاء نفسيتك.. كن أنت مهما كانت الظروف، لكن تصرف بحكمة؛ فلا تجعل من نفسك مطية لمصالح الآخرين متى احتاجوك استخدموك وإلا تركوك.

ما الفائدة من أن تحطّم نفسَك؟ ليس غريبًا أن يكون الإنسان مقصِّرًا أو مخطئًا في بعض الأمور.. بل الغريبُ أن يكون خطابه لنفسه وقت التقصير والخطأ خطابًا تحطيميًّا وتكسيريًّا! هذه النّفسُ هي مركبك في الحياة.. إذا كنت تبحر بمركبٍ في المحيط، وأثناء الرحلة أصابها الضعف، هل تكسرها؟! أم تقوّيها وتصلحها؟ لذلك ينبغي على الإنسان أن يعوِّد نفسَه الخطاب التحفيزي والتصحيحي أكثر من الخطاب التحطيمي.. والله الهادي -د.خالد الجابر

من الأفكار التي أراها ناضجة نفسياً أن لنا طاقة محدودة. في هذا الزمن وتسارعه نغفل عن أننا -في أحيان كثيرة- من حقنا أن نتعب، وأن نعبّر عن تعبنا، بل وأحياناً نفرضه فرضاً على من يريد استنزافنا. الاعتراف بمحدودية الطاقة (حكمة) تقودك إلى حسن إدارتها واستغلالها، وإلا ستتلف نفسك ومع ذلك لن يُرضى عنك.

من أجمل ما في شريعتنا أنها وسعت مساحات الإعذار بالنسبة للآخر؛ فأنت لا تعلم ظروفه وما يعانيه، لهذا كان رسولنا الكريم يسأل المخطئ: لعلك كذا أو كذا. ولكنها في الوقت نفسه ضيقت هذه المساحة بين المرء ونفسه ( بل الإنسان على نفسه بصيرة ولو ألقى معاذيره). وهذا معنى عظيم في أن الإنسان عليه أن يلتفت لما عليه من واجب، قبل أن يطلب ما له من حق. عمار سليمان
