好多人話大劉識玩，出私有化消息令到股價升4成！唔識嘅人比佢嚇一跳，識嘅人得啖笑。依家望番轉頭，大劉只會想股價暴跌。 大劉2016年患上腎病，當時盛傳大劉壽命只得數月。自2016年，華人置業股價年年下跌。我諗大家都知道大劉個仔有幾多斤兩，甘比輸含大輸足100億（帳面），大劉比我地更清楚老婆仔女斤兩有幾多，鋪定私有化呢條路，避免公司在自己死後被外人生吞，都係無可厚非。如果依家望番轉頭，大劉早有預謀想股價暴跌，令到私有化收購價對比16年存在大幅折讓。呢啲先係真正識玩同財技。
