Про сокращения. Часть 1 В последнее время достаточно много мелькает новостей про массовые сокращения в IT. И почти под каждой такой новостью появляются комментарии в духе: «Как можно было оставить этих людей, а уволить вот тех?», «Менеджеры вообще думали над тем, кого оставлять?», «Наверняка просто выбрали рандомно», «Оставили самых бесполезных».
