Дорджи. Оффер в Сбер на 200к белыми. Благодарность) Теперь работает в команде с 3 аналитиками, 3 разрабами и 2 тестировщиками на интересном проекте. Принять решение присоединиться на менторство ему было тяжело, он считал, что "предает" свою команду и использует её как трамплин. Но настало время выбирать себя. И не зря. Ведь на середине программы та самая "семья" его сократила. Но слава богу, что он же был на полпут…
