В работе с участниками боевых действий есть неоспоримое преимущество. Которое описано в известном меме: - "после СВО сходил к психологу. Теперь он мне звонит в сложных жизненных ситуациях". Кстати, про казаков. Вместо вступления, напомню, что казаки это субэтнос, к национальности отношения не имеет. Суть казачества - ратное дело, все поселения и традиции казаков были построены вокруг войны как профессии. Они интегрировали традиции того региона в котором обитали - Сибирь, Кавказ, Дон и так далее.
