Мозг считает умственную работу «не работой». А зря. Второй инсайт, который я поймала во время практики ничегонеделания: мой мозг не ценит умственный труд. Помыть полы — да, это работа. Я сейчас читаю и слушаю много литературы по саморазвитию. И у меня возникло противоречие. С одной стороны, мы сами управляем своим состоянием. Кто болеет летом, тот я😂 Вообще, у меня иммунитет сильный. Когда у меня зимой вся семья болела гриппом, с температурой 40 и вот этим всем, муж лежал в больнице с пневмонией, я отоспалась один день с 37,5 и пошла дальше. Поэтому даже сегодня, когда у меня весь день 37 и насморк, состояние для меня не привычное. Не люблю болеть. Но, видимо, пора сделать паузу
