Важное отличие чиновников Ленинградской области от обитателей Смольного в том что областные на виду и их результаты видны людям. Из Смольного реальный контакт с кем бы то ни было из жителей города давно уже не исходит. А сейчас в их чемоданной панике в желтом доме и ракушке точно не до людей.
