Сегодня хотела запустить стримчик, рассказать Вам как прошел весь этот месяц с операции, но поняла что просто не хочу уделять этому неприятному периоду ещё больше времени, чем он у меня отнял. Напишу Вам просто в постике о своих «впечатлениях» от ранней реабилитации после пластики ПКС и шва мениска. Расскажу как развлекала себя и куда вложила свои силушки параллельно.

Пережила пиковый по послеоперационной боли денёк. Сегодня должны отпустить домой, если при контрольном рентгене и перевязке не будет никаких замечаний. Запретили пользоваться правой ногой на полтора месяца. Даже сгибать нельзя, не только вставать на неё. Придется пожить на костылях.
Но играть в игоры мне это не помешает, хехе. 😏
Завтра в 9 утра уже начну проходить предоперационные обследования при больнице куда меня госпитализируют. Скорее всего на следующий день меня прооперируют и через пару-тройку дней отправят домой на костылях.
Больницу выбрала из городских в южном Подмосковье, но учитывая мой случай (у меня уже не разгибается до конца колено, мне нужно срочно лепить новую связку и сшивать мениск) ждать квоты еще минимум шесть недель и…

У меня снова вывих колена дернулся вбок, что вызвало сильную боль и упадок сил.
