Когда впервые в жизни появился собственный двухколесный велосипед 👆😅 А если серьезно, наш мозг - невероятно ленивое создание. Всё, где требуется создание новых нейронных связей, кажется недостижимым и в принципе не нужным к освоению. Требуется дисциплина и последовательность повторений, чтобы новый навык закрепился, нужны силы на преодоление первоначального сопротивления. То же самое работает и в эмоциональном план…

Так мне нравится эта инвентаризация жизни во всем, честно говоря: когда, например, приходишь в места, где в последний раз была -надцать лет назад, где было весело и хорошо. И вспоминаешь ту дозамужнюю версию себя: какая ты была тогда, а какая сейчас. Какие свои грани забыла, какие умело затоптали в семейной жизни, а какие удалось проапгрейтить.
