На мой вкус - самая вкусная и полезная замена обычному хлебу на завтрак. Муку можно взять цельнозерновую, попробовать с нутовой или - на днях я нашла на OZON муку из бурого риса, представьте сколько витаминов и минералов закроет всего одна булочка на завтрак. Моя любимая начинка - творожный сыр, с/с рыбка, пряная руккола, огурчик и ломтик томата 🤤
