На латыни respecto может означать: • оглядываться; 14 • смотреть, глядеть; 4 • принимать во внимание, считаться; 4 • ожидать. 4 Фактически самый адекватный перевод глагола “respecto” на русский - это «ходи-оглядывайся». У нас «уважение» не несет смысловой нагрузки, «ты меня уважаешь?» - это разговор двух алкашей. Когда президент США говорит «ты меня не уважаешь» - нельзя ответить «очень уважаю, но». Это уже угроз…

Аналитики вовсю говорят, что сша не лишат помощи Украину. В том числе системы связи. Все аргументы сводятся к «не могут же они» и «не будут же они». США абсолютно плевать на Украину и на некий «имидж». Могут и обязательно будут.

Самое смешное, что я видел за эту неделю. Здание суда, храм права и закона, 6 этажей! Проходишь через кпп, досмотр, документы. Заседание на 5-м этаже. На 6-м - вполне неплохая столовая. Котлетки, кабачки, супчик, салатик свежий. Хорошо! И на кассе тебя спрашивают: «У Вас наличные или перевод?».

Реформа местного самоуправления идёт полным ходом: «В итоге главным нововведением ко второму чтению стало закрепление возможности для регионов, «имеющих социально-экономические, исторические, национальные и иные особенности», сохранять двухуровневую систему МСУ.» А регионы без таких особенностей теряют самоуправление полностью. «Все животные равны, но некоторые животные более равны, чем другие»
