Миллионы украинцев находятся в странах ЕС исключительно благодаря режиму временной защиты, почему бы на весь период действия этого режима не сохранить возможность пользоваться украинскими водительскими удостоверениями и автомобилями на украинской регистрации без обязательного обмена документов?
