Как хорошо вы меня знаете!? 15 июля у нас день свадьбы! Подарок мужу я сделала вчера. Сегодня Дима спрашивает, а что бы я хотела в подарок?! Однажды, в самом начале моего кондитерского пути, я по большой скидке купила много творожного сыра и сливок. Помню, мне нужно было разморозить холодильник, а за окном уже стояли холода. Поэтому всё содержимое холодильника и морозилки я вынесла на балкон. Фрося тогда была совсем маленькой, и я просто забыла занести продукты обратно. А ночью ударили сильные морозы! Ну, наверное, надо начать с детства 🤣 Так вот, будучи подростком, я постоянно слышала от родителей, что я засранка. В большей степени потому, что в МОЕЙ комнате был творческий беспорядок. Уроки я делала на полу, обложившись книжками, тетрадками и множеством листочков. И, собственно, до сих пор так делаю. Сняла одежду — могла не повесить её на плечики в шкаф. А это мой любимый кулич! Потому что приготовить его можно очень быстро Кулич с грецкими орехами, грушей, карамелькой, которая плавится в процессе выпекания и получаются очень вкусные «прожилки» внутри кулича, шоколадно-ореховая паста дает красивые разводы! Кулич с ванильной начинкой Куличи с начинкой давно в тренде, но я правда не понимала смысла: испечь, вытащить тесто, положить начинку, прикрыть остатками и потом уже украшать. До тех пор пока не наткнулась на рецепт очень воздушного кулича, в который начинка влазит даже если не вынимать часть кулича. Заварной нежнейший ванильный крем внутри! Первый раз готовила краффины с клюквой еще в 2018 году. Но в таких краффинах не видно всей красоты этого кулича! А он красив без лишних украшений! И безусловно вкусен! Краффины можно заказать только в одном размере (9 см в диаметре). Но в двух вариантах оформления: 1. В индивидуальной коробке с шапочкой из итальянской глазури и декором с петушком (900₽) 2. 🔔До Пасхи остается все меньше и меньше времени! Напоминаю, что заказы принимаю до 5 апреля, а дальше уже беру заказы на остатки! Что значит на остатки? Например, с одной порции замеса бисквита и крема у меня получается 20 картошечных яиц. А заказано 12. Значит будет свободно 8. Почему я так делаю? Потому что 1. Предложение праздничное, делать дополнительно целую порцию яиц, не имеет никакого толка, ведь в мае яйца…
