به یکجور آگاهی خستهکننده مبتلا شدهام. فکر میکنم بیش از حد درگیر تحلیل خودم هستم. عملا بخش زیادی از انرژی و زمانم صرف واکاوی و اصلاح دائمی خودم میشود. دنبال کمالی هستم که به نظرم باید وجود داشته باشد. رشد کردن برایم مثل یک پروژه دائمی است نه تجربهای جاری. در لایهای دیگر میل شدیدی دارم که خوب و درست باشم. هنوز بخش زیادی از انرژی روانیام صرف اثبات ارزشمندیام میشود حتی وقتی آگاهانه میخواهم از آن عبور کنم. ذه…
