Вот так выглядит собранный пакет пластин для статоров, который предстоит поделить на отдельные статоры (по 30 пластин в каждом) и покрыть электроизоляцией. Резался пакет на электроэррозии, поскольку это образцы. Серийные статоры штампуются.

Так точатся наши роторы и далее то, что по итогу получается. Пока что этот процесс самый долгий из всех частей корпуса. Будем сильно упрощать форму этой детали, чтобы уложиться в 30 секунд на одну деталь. Сейчас это занимает почти 3 минуты, что очень долго.
