Сталкивались с тем, что попадали на радар со скоростью 91 км/ч и оплачивали штраф по повышенной ставке (как за превышение более 20 км/ч)? В административный кодекс внесены изменения и добавлен пункт о вычете 5 км/ч с зафиксированной скорости. А именно, если вы попались на радар со скоростью 92 км/ч, минусуется 5 и как результат, ваша скорость 87 км/ч. Соответственно, размер штрафа в разы меньше. Этот пункт был кра…

В связи с повышением базовой расчетной величины (БРВ) с 245.000 до 270.000 сумов, обновлены тарифы на штрафы за нарушение ПДД.
С 29 апреля 2021 года штрафы за неправильную стоянку и остановку были снижены с 3-х базовых расчетных величин (735.000 сумов) до 2-х и тем самым составляет 490.000 сумов. Кроме этого, были удалены доп. пункты за повторные аналогичные нарушения. В своей работы, мы отталкиваемся от официальных документов и только после подтверждения (их изменения на официальных гос. сайтах), мы сверяем и публикуем.
