⚖️ Мосгорсуд повторно рассмотрел дело Долиной — Лурье. Квартира осталась за Полиной Лурье. Важно, что сегодня Верховный суд не только по Закону разрешил возникший спор, но и своим решением однозначно приостановил негативную практику, которая на фоне дела Долиной стала складываться на рынке вторичной недвижимости. https://t.me/pravo_pravo/5125
