Снижение веса за 40 дней 10 кг. ✨ Окружение начинает замечать изменения во мне и пытается повлиять на меня - "закадычная" подруга сегодня целый час убеждала меня больше не худеть, потому что я ей не нравлюсь. 👩🏻 Не нравлюсь - значит всё правильно делаю. Отзыв о курсе. Хочется поделиться впечатлениями о курсе Марины Комильфо "Красота сбывается". Я достаточно легко набираю лишнее, поэтому вынуждена была всю жизнь предпринимать меры по контролю веса. В молодости это удавалось, а в 50+ становилось всё сложнее сохранять фигуру, к тому же появились сопутствующие заболевания. После ковида и некоторых жизненных сложностей ситуация ещё ухудшилась.
