甲：有一天人们在生育孩子之前必须先取得许可和认证，需要经过适当的学习，并提供心理和身体健康方面的证明。我想这一天会到来的！ 乙：这就是纳粹提出的优生学那一套吧，真不敢相信那么多人觉得这会是什么好想法... 丙：这就是丹麦的政策，格陵兰原住民因为这个政策受害极深。大约有5%的格陵兰原住民儿童被从充满爱心且有能力抚养孩子的双亲身边夺走，因为所谓的育儿测试按照丹麦白人的文化习俗制定的正确答案，完全无视了原住民的文化习俗。如果在美国实施这些测试的话，测试肯定会严重偏向美国白人的文化，任何不符合这一标准的群体 —— 比如美洲原住民家庭、黑人家庭，肯定会受到很大的刁难。我是原住民，我们的育儿传统至今仍不断受到白人政府和“育儿规范”的质疑，很多原住民母亲仅仅因为与孩子同睡、使用摇篮板、传统背带，或是胆敢教孩子我们自己的文化，就遭到了无尽的指责和处罚。你觉得如果我们政府搞什么“生育许可”，会是什么好消息吗？ source
