ИКАР, который хотел быть как БРУСНИКА … ну или как минимум ГОЛОС) В любом случае выросли в уровне комфорта, если сравнить «Новиль» (на фотографиях) и их же Вишневую горку. Однако для загородного жилья все же, пожалуй, дороговато. Но тут же вспоминаешь, как Челябинск любит присоединять к себе территории, то как будто «Новилю» недолго осталось подождать до статуса городской жк.

Я никогда не понимала претензию Барбареско на пафосность, тут же не просто некрасивая среда, она отвратительная! Если хочется поесть в окружающей красоте салат за 900 рублей (а иногда хочется!), то можно выбрать Сицилию или Центр. Оба варианта и с историческим хвостом, и с озеленением вокруг.
