Ну що ж. Обіцяв - виконую. Президентський законопроект #16014 призначений для боротьби з шахрайськими кол-центрами. Законопроект передбачає внесення до ККУ статті 255-4 яка фактично є спеціальною нормою по відношенню до ст. 255 і вносить в українську правову реальність таке явище як "електронно-комунікаційна шахрайська організація".
