Grut. День 3 Дистанция Т80, по моим часам 87,3км. Трассу обновили в прошлом году, но в прошлом году я не смогла поехать из-за травмы. Сама по себе эта дистанция позиционируется как более сложная в плане техничности, относительно остальных, плюс ограничение по количеству участников в 400 человек, поэтому большую часть времени ты бежишь один. Итого на старт вышло 342 участника из которых 44 сошли( Плана у меня не было,…

Grut. День 2.2 Бегать так бегать, особенно если на кону трофи с лошадкой за 4 успешных финиша на всех дистанциях во время 3х дней фестиваля бега. Поэтому несмотря на дождь, в 17.00 я стою в стартовом створе на забег Спринт 5к на Ильинском лугу) Бежать всего 5км, но по горкам вверх - вниз по серпантину) Финишный трек похож на расчёску, а перепад высот порядка 150 метров. К этому можно добавить дождь сверху и мокрую тр…

Grut. День 2. Кто рано встаёт, тот получает значок за дружескую пробежку 5км Morgan run , стартующую в 9 утра субботы с Торговой площади в центре Суздали. Пробежкой конечно сложно её назвать, так как темп пешеходный ,особенно с учётом толпы участников, но это отличная возможность встретить знакомых, пообщаться и просто погулять. Тем более что в этом году участников пустили через центр деревянного зодчества, где раньш…

День 1.2😅 Дневной пробежкой я решила не ограничиваться, и вот уже старт Hard night, десятки со стартом в 10 вечера) Ладно, ладно...всё дело в футболке финишера с мятным градиентом 🙈🙊🙉 Собственно, часов в 7 вечера в Суздали начался дождь, поэтому 970 атлетов, вышедших на старт были готовы к "безудержному весёлью" и "конкурсу мокрой майки") к счастью, вроде бы в этом году никто с пантона в реку не упал, хоть было…

Помните как в фильме: у нас есть традиция, каждый год, перед новым годом, мы с друзьями идём в баню))) Так и у трейлраннеров есть традиция, в третьи выходные июля ездить в Суздаль, чтоб потоптать все окрестные болота) Собственно, уже в пятницу, вместе с 817 атлетами, я вышла на старт дистанции Суворов экстрим.
