Была бы инструкция… Свой клиентский путь я проходила примерно с такими же переживаниями. Нигде не видела понятного пояснения и того, как же быть клиентом и чего ожидать от этой терапии. Более того, у меня было много заходов к специалистам и тоже потому что хз как это😅 Мне кажется, понятная инструкция и понимание процесса облегчило бы мне (и еще тысячам людей) жизнь и работу с психологом. Сталкинг - есть такой термин в психологической теории. Грубо говоря означает нежеланное и навязчивое преследование другого человека с какой-то целью (контроль, общение, внимание и т.д.). Примеров куча, они в основном из области преступного мира и не только. Но… К сожалению, сталкерством занимаются и самые прекрасные божьи одуванчики. Люди, о которых бы никогда не подумал, ведь они прекрасны, хороши, человеколюбивы…

Гуляли вчера с мужем по двору. Вечерний послерабочий променад, пока дети отрабатывают свое нежелание идти домой в 10 вечера "ну еще немного, пожалуйстаааааааааа". И вдруг видим кузнечика. Сейчас перечитала свой пост и поняла, что есть еще несколько модификаций проблематики в руководящем составе. Например, когда руководство «теоретики» и как говорят в простонародье «пороху не нюхали». Там немного другие искажения. Пожалуй, буду писать об этом регулярно.
