Как не допустить повторения Разово разгрести склад мало – через год всё вернётся, если не поменять систему. Поэтому норматив оборачиваемости по каждой категории, регулярный пересмотр (по быстрым товарам раз в квартал, по медленным раз в полгода), и обязательно конкретный ответственный за товарные остатки, у которого этот показатель зашит в мотивацию. Компания торговая, несколько направлений, группа юрлиц. В какой-то момент стало понятно что денег катастрофически не хватает.
