В новостях (не кремлёвских вроде) пишут, что власти ослабили блокировки телеграма, но у меня что-то телега без ВПН не начала работать. Новость из блумберга говорит, что власти увидели, что рейтинг президента падает и лучше сворачивать это действо. Вот бы это работало не только с телеграмом.
