Друзья, у кого такое же солнечное настроение, как и сегодняшняя погода? Конечно же, у нас! 💙 ☀️ И дело не в ярком весеннем солнце, а в проделанной нами работе. Точнее, в конечном результате! Что же мы сделали? ⛏ На ул. Петухова, 97/2, проведены работы по герметизации примыканий труб в подвале. Примыкания закрыты — любо дорого посмотреть! Всем хорошего дня! 🤝 Сделаем наш Дом комфортным и чистым вместе!

Друзья, уже завтра долгожданные выходные, а это значит, что наш мини-отчёт должен быть лёгким, как и пятничное настроение! 😀 ⛏ На ул. Петухова, 166, 168, 164, прошли работы по сбросу свесов с кровли. Локальные оползни, капель и затопление верхних этажей — отменяется! Всем хороших выходных! 🤝 Сделаем наш Дом комфортным и чистым вместе!

🏠 Друзья, недавно прошла весенняя акция по выселению нежеланных гостей наших ЖК! Они, конечно, не хотели, но против людей в спецодежде они бессильны! ✔️ Что было сделано: 💨 Дератизация* и дезинсекция подвалов ЖК Матрёшкин Двор. Земмифобы* и блаттофобы* могут спать спокойно! 🪳 Дезинсекция от рыжих и усатых прошла на ул. Петухова, 101/1. Были обработаны места общего пользования: лестничные марши, холлы и квартирные …

🧊 Такое ощущение, что вчера ночью весна вспомнила, что совсем скоро дедлайн, и в срочном порядке начала превращать снег в лужи. 🚜 Скажи талому снегу — нет! Под этим девизом проходит механизированная уборка снега на ул. Аникина, 16. Может, весну мы и не приблизили, но точно решили проблему выбора для жильцов нашего ЖК. Теперь утром не надо задаваться вопросом: как добираться на работу?! Вплавь или всё же на транспо…
