У Дніпрі змінили назви ще 7 топонімів. Більшість нових найменувань тепер пов’язані безпосередньо з історією міста. Рішення про перейменування топонімів ухвалили на 29-й черговій сесії міськради 16 листопада. Загалом депутати змінили назви восьми топонімів, що були пов’язані з радянською спадщиною. Постановою Верховної ради від 16 листопада 2022 року місту повернуто історичну назву Звягель. Рада перейменувала Новоград-Волинський, що на Житомирщині, та повернула місту історичну назву.
