BYU has a decent Engineering, Law, and Business programs. Overall, it's a great ROI. I'm thinking if you guys apply and land a scholarship even as low as 2-3k/semester, you can manage to cover the rest of your tuition and cost of living with an on campus part-time job. It's not too bad. * One thing to note is that BYU is one of those colleges that require a small deposit before sending your i-20.

✏️ I've been asked for 'affordable' yet decently ranked college lists. I came across BYU. Tuition being arround 6k/semester, it makes BYU one of the cheapest unis in the US. But why is the cost low? BYU is located in central Utah where the Later-Day-Saints LDS (ሞርሞን) church has significant influence. Like most of the land and properties in Utah, BYU is owned by the church.
