著名人权捍卫者、公民记者张展案2025年9月19日在上海浦东新区人民法院庭审。 张展身体十分虚弱，19日开庭审理时她是被人搀扶着进入法庭的。可能是由于身体的缘故，庭审中张展没有发言，全程由律师代言。代理律师为张展做了无罪辩护。法庭当庭宣判：“寻衅滋事”罪成，判处有期徒刑4年。张展是否上诉启动二审程序，有待家属与律师沟通后再做决定。 source
