陈大栗（原名陈思冶），1994年生，生活于北京、广州两地，影像工作者，音乐爱好者。他自称具有“深度对话体质”，曾因为动物权利吃素几年而后因身体原因放弃，在生活里他还热衷于帮朋友们看星盘。 #2022年11月27日，大栗去了 #广州 #海珠广场 与现场无数的人一起表达了对过度防疫的愤怒。12月4日下午，他被广州警察从住地带至北京路派出所，之后与朋友们失联，未能在24小时内获释。据了解，他被以寻衅滋事的名义处行政拘留7天，至12月12日晚，据说在办理了释放手续后，大栗突然又被转移，再次下落不明。 陈大栗的健康状况非常令人担心，他本身体质敏感，今年内刚做过两次手术，尚处在漫长的康复过程中。在连番寒潮、新冠病毒的肆虐下，在信息不明的执法程序中，我们担忧他无法得到人权的基本保障，无法得到符合健康状况的医疗、温饱条件。 大栗的朋友们说他是一个温和可爱的人，希望他可以早日和亲友们重聚！
