Сегодня разгрузили тираж! Всегда очень волнительно открывать коробку и смотреть первый экземпляр книги. Я, к сожалению, перфекционист, и после двух просмотров первого экземпляра могу сказать, что печать удалась. Всё очень красиво и точно сделано. На это ушло много сил и времени, поэтому я рад. В ближайшее время разберёмся с логистикой, и можно будет забирать экземпляры, которые были заказаны на «Планете» по предзаказ…

В Москве вдруг пропало солнце. Пишут, что на неделю. До этого стояла жара, но не такая, как в Европе, где было +45 в тени. Когда летом исчезает солнце, всё вокруг становится серым и тусклым. Вчера вернулся из типографии, где печатали «Архаику». Летал в Сибирь на один день, туда и обратно. Сибирь по-своему прекрасна. Впервые в жизни проехался на сибирском метро) Целый день провел в типографии и набегал около 10 000 шагов между офисом наверху и печатным цехом внизу. Сегодня юбилей у Александра Сокурова — 75 лет. У меня сложное отношение к нему как к деятелю культуры, но когда ещё в ранней юности я посмотрел «Дни затмения», этот фильм сильно изменил моё мировоззрение. Как-то всегда с сомнением относился к идее ставить памятники кому-либо. Тогда и сносить не придётся. Лучше ставить скульптуры, а вместо истории в школах преподавать философию!

Тут у нас наметился устойчивый тренд на экспозиции про будущее: «Прагматичный диалог — путь к стабильному будущему», «Искусство будущего», «Территория будущего. Москва 2030», «СВОЯСИ. Как я и предсказывал, Звягинцеву дали «большой приз», хотя я думал, все-таки дадут главный. Ну правда, сколько же можно — ведь единственную ветвь ссср давали, аж в 1957 году за «Летят журавли».
