Я практикую пищевые паузы уже почти 2 года. Это 1 день в неделю на воде.
Не всегда делаю это каждую неделю, но был опыт: 3 месяца подряд каждую неделю без пропусков. Это даёт результат на 100%. Стал легче себя чувствовать, энергии больше, отсюда больше ресурса в течение дня.

Так бывает не всегда, но в этот раз дети были максимально включены. Они были по-настоящему голодны до новых знаний. Но если честно, знания — это не самое главное.
Главное — это совместный ДВИЖ.
Это когда дети перестают быть каждый сам за себя. Начинают общаться, договариваться, помогать, поддерживать друг друга. Сегодня это называют социализацией. Я называю это умением быть человеком.
