Чем ближе лето, тем острее люди в Москве будут ощущать городской остров тепла. Хорошего в этом мало: для детей, женщин, пожилых и людей с хроническими заболеваниями (особенно сердечно-сосудистыми) это опасно. То есть почти для всех по факту. Повышается нагрузка на сердце. Если вы тот самый миллениал, который преисполнился комбучей и уличным бегом, то будьте осторожны, может получиться уже не в плюс здоровью.

Ровно 40 лет назад произошла Чернобыльская авария. Вчера я участвовала в созвоне с классным американским экологом Дэвидом Гордоном.
