первый раз в жизни попала в больницу
это было в прошлый четверг
обычно это мой выходной, но я решила вечером поработать и потренироваться
поужинала гречкой с индейкой, отвела занятия девочкам с булочного цеха, начала тренироваться сама и поняла, что что-то меня подташнивает и побаливает живот. с тренировки своей пришлось уйти, понимала, что не в силах.
пришла домой, выпила но-шпу и через 30 минут мне становится еще…
результат первых соревнований по ягодичному мосту - выполнила норматив КМС
это было очень тяжело
если бы не поддержка моей подруги Насти и МЧ, я скорее всего бы сдалась на пол пути, но
я очень довольна, что выложилась на все 100%
вес 112,5 кг на 25 повторений

эмоции просто зашкаливают и хочется еще
буду готовиться, чтобы взять мастера, сейчас он кажется вполне реалистичным😎
