Il disservizio è ufficialmente risolto. Chi avesse ancora problemi può provare a riavviare l'ONT e il router (in questo ordine). In caso di persistenza del disservizio aprire un guasto individuale domani mattina.
Alcuni utenti stanno riscontrando delle disconnessioni. L'impatto riguarda la rete Open Fiber principalmente nel Centro e nel Nord e coinvolge più operatori. La situazione è in monitoraggio.
Un problema di rete di un fornitore esterno potrebbe causare per alcuni clienti difficoltà di navigazione. La problematica è in fase di risoluzione. Problema risolto nella notte.
Sul sito Tiscali è comparso un nuovo modem. Il modello è ZTE ZXHN H3600. L'apparato è dotato di WiFi 6 e supporta velocità fino a 1 Gigabit via cavo.
