Чем больше познаю себя, тем более неуязвима моя психика для внешних воздействий. Базовое знание о том, что любая коммуникация человека говорит больше о нем самом, чем о тебе, помогает выключить из диалога присущий каждому из нас эгоизм. Устала от нравственной суеты. Столько моральной работы над собой нужно проделывать каждый день, чтобы жить хоть сколько-то осознанно! Сохранять сознание ясным, очищая его от шелухи эмоций и иллюзий - чуть ли не самое сложное дело во взрослой жизни.

Сижу у окна с чашкой стынущего кофе и думаю: не было у русских классиков другого выбора тональности произведений, кроме как «глубокий мрак». Уже более 100 дней мы утопаем в этой холодной серости, стряхивая навязчивое уныние. Впереди еще по меньшей мере 30 таких же. Как прикажете сохранять оптимизм в душе?
