Не могу держать это в себе, тем более, что и день подходящий. Английская ручка/pen 🖊️ происходит от латинского пера — penna, что становится совершенно очевидно, если вспомнить penknife/перочинный нож и прибывшие к нам из Италии макарошки-перья/пенне.
