pov: тестируем с мужем передачу текстовых сообщений в заметках вчера были с подругами в центре и там не работают даже sms. немного порадовалась, что основная часть жизни сосредоточена на отшибе новости вообще лучше не открывать, стараюсь фокусироваться на ежедневных делах. тестирую разные техники арт терапии с акварелью, нравится, но помогает не очень ахаха

с сезонными продуктами в феврале совсем не густо, основу рациону составляют овощи длительного хранения: все корнеплоды, капуста, лук и чеснок, тыква и кабачки хочу напомнить вам об обожаемом мной рецепте из детства салат из морковки: собственно, тертая морковка, тертый сыр, немного чеснока, сметана. простейшее антикризисное дополнение к основному блюду, богатое витаминами и клетчаткой вкусненько

Уже довольно долгое время у нас с Амелией присутсвует очень бесячий моментик. Она совершенно не чувствует время. Мы постоянно опаздываем, одеваемся по пол часа, смотрим мультики "еще минуточку" , по утрам она не может встать, а вечером без скандала закончить купание И тут я подумала - а почему она должна, если ее никто не научил? Гениально, не так ли? Почему-то я думала, что все само собой случится, как когда ребен…

мне просто необходимо было это видео!!! вспоминая свое детство, хочу сказать, что взрослые вообще с нами не играли. и знаете что? во-первых, у меня абсолютно нет никакой травмы на этот счет. во-вторых, мы всегда находили чем заняться что скажете?

у меня есть такая дурацкая проблема-мне не лезет по утрам простая еда. каши, омлеты-все мимо. каждый раз мне нужно заморачиваться и придумывать какие-то более замысловатые варианты, чтобы быть сытой и спокойно продержаться до обеда вот один из таких завтраков. поджарить хлеб (я очень люблю тартин из вкусвилла, но на фото не он). одну часть смазать песто, вторую-рыбной намазкой у меня она из тунца, творожного сыра, …

не подвела никакие итоги, не поздравила вас с Новым годом и Рождеством. было желание только сидеть в своей норке и не высовываться. 2026 мы встретили с мужем вдвоем в пижамах в кровати под просмотр Отпуск по обмену, предварительно поужинав втроем и уложив дочку спать. поэтому поздравить успеваю только с началом рабочего года и самым сильным снегопадом в Москве!

окак!
мой первый холодец! как оказалось, это довольно просто. главное-хорошо выварить бульон. я взяла 2 большие голяшки (как для оссобуко, заказала в Глобусе), запекла в духовке с луком и морковью, и потом варила все это в мультиварке (у меня с функцией скороварки) 3 часа. желатина добавила совсем чуть-чуть для подстраховки получилась одна большая форма и одна маленькая, еще пару чашек костного бульона так выпили. единст…
