دیشب که باشگاه بودم، تو رختکن دوتا از بچه‌ها باهم صحبت می‌کردن، که یکیشون می‌گفت: روزی که همه حرکت‌ها رو می‌رسم بزنم اصن با حال خوب میرم، ولی روزی که دو سه تا حرکت می‌مونه، رو مخم میره؛ الان که به این هفته‌م نگاه کردم، دیدم چالش دولینگو رو بدون فریز(روزی که انجام نداده باشم) گذروندم. خیلی حس خوبی داره کلا به عقب نگاه کنی و ببینی چقد ریز به ریز اثر گذار واقع شدی و الان خداروشکر داری نتیجه‌ش رو می‌بینی.

یادمه یه لیستی داشتم که توش وسایل مورد نیاز اتاقم رو نوشته بودم که خریدشون کنم؛ و الان دقت کردم تمام اون لیست رو تو اتاقم دارم و چقدر برام اون وسیله‌ها که روزی داشتنشون خوشحال کننده و دور از دسترس بود برام عادی شده.
