Правильный ответ 1. С водителем А все понятно сразу, и треугольник не должен сбивать с толку: сразу после знака «Остановка запрещена» парковаться в любом случае нельзя. Треугольник 2.3.3 информирует о примыкании дороги, после которого действие запрещающего знака заканчивается. Даже если мысленно убрать треугольник, то перекресток все равно останется (но уже равнозначный), и после него парковаться так же можно.
